Lower Back Pain Kidney

Sometimes, lower back pain kidney problems can feel like something else. This is why it is so important to understand the warning signs of kidney issues. If you are having pain in your lower back on either side of your spine, it is indicative of a kidney problem. Sometimes only one kidney may be affected. Once the problem with the kidney has been treated, the pain should go away. Often this is done via the removal of kidney stones or the treating of infection with antibiotics. Women often experience lower back pain due to gynecological problems. Endometriosis, for example, may cause pain in the lower region of the back. Urinary tract infections may also cause discomfort in this area. Even menstrual cramps can cause pain that is not only felt in the abdomen but the back as well. Then there is the pain associated with pregnancy. Back pain is a common complain of most expectant mothers. As with all causes of back pain, the problem should be diagnosed by your doctor. Once the problem has been determined a treatment plan can be devised.

Lower back pain kidney issues are not as common as other causes of back pain. However, kidney problems can cause lower back pain. This is why you should seek medical attention at the onset of the pain. The longer you wait, the worse the problem could become. The worse the problem becomes, the harder it is to treat. Like with every medical issue, early detection of the problem often allows for the most effective treatment.
